Calligraphy & Letterpress Printing

I’m often asked if I make invitations. I can design invitations in calligraphy and then scan the artwork into a high-res digital file but since my focus is just on the lettering I don’t provide any paper or printing services. However I do have printers I can recommend and work with such as Tanya at Snap + Tumble. Snap + Tumble designs and prints letterpress stationery here in Toronto. Nothing compliments calligraphy more than letterpress printing. A simple hand lettered invitation just looks stunning when it’s hand printed on beautiful cotton paper. Below is a sample Save the Date I designed and Snap + Tumble printed.

Introducing Scarlette

Introducing our latest style… Scarlette! This style has a contemporary feel to it. It’s laid back but still formal enough for weddings in a “non stuffy” kind of way.

Introducing Mila

I have 3 new styles to share. First up is Mila. This style is romantic, graceful and just plain pretty.

The year of the Rabbit

Happy Lunar New Year! Each year Canada Post issues New Year’s themed stamps and this year is represented by the Rabbit in the Chinese zodiac. I’m loving how the stamp turned out!

Around the world… part 2

Another one of my American couples is Rebecca and Will, whose wedding was featured in The Knot Georgia. The bright yellow lined envelopes sent to me to address were just a glimpse of their sunshine filled day.
